NESCTC is a privately held, limited liability company, established in 1997 as a security consulting and training firm, with a strong contract security force. Our corporate headquarters are located in Providence, Rhode Island. In 1999, demand for NESCTC's high quality, low cost guard services fueled growth of NESCTC Direct, our direct services division, and NESCTC expanded its direct service throughout central and southern New England to meet this demand. In the process of expanding our direct service division, NESCTC attracted the attention of national and multinational organizations requiring a range of security services. These organizations put NESCTC under a microscope to test the validity of our statements and services - they are now our Clients! And, these Clients have helped NESCTC grow into a national, full-service, security consulting and management firm! We are deeply appreciative to each and every Client for their continued trust in our ability to deliver effective security solutions at all levels.

Since 1999, NESCTC met the growing demand for guard services nationally by developing a proprietary database of over 500 small and medium-sized security guard service suppliers covering every state and territory in North America, based on professional contacts with former state and federal law enforcement, intelligence and military personnel. During this time, foreign-owned and large national security companies began acquiring and merging smaller companies into their operations throughout the U.S. To protect local suppliers, prevent further degradation of guard quality due to remote or foreign ownership and supervision, and to compete for national accounts, NESCTC founded the National Security Cooperative.

The National Security Cooperative is an alliance of a strong, competitive group of the best small and medium-sized domestic suppliers selected from our proprietary supplier network, who work together for NESCTC to create and provide greater value (higher quality at lower costs) to our national and multinational Clients. Suppliers in the National Security Cooperative agree to adhere to quality standards and criteria established by NESCTC, while providing below-market rates. Developing a well managed National Security Cooperative is at the heart of NESCTC's strategy to (i) provide superior service to Clients, (ii) support small, diverse, American-owned security companies, and (iii) identify and "weed out" poor performers who should not be in the business. The result is that NESCTC makes a significant, positive impact on bottom-line profitability for our Clients by leveraging the collective volume of security needs of all Clients with our suppliers and elite team of National Security Cooperative members.
