Michael J. Malloy
President/CEO

Michael J. Malloy is the President and C.E.O. of NESCTC Security Agency, LLC from May of 1997 to present. Mr. Malloy is a retired, decorated major crimes detective and supervisor for the Pawtucket police department. Mr. Malloy enjoyed a productive and successful law-enforcement career with the city of Pawtucket, RI. Mr. Malloy was the lead detective in major crimes cases across the U.S.A. and Canada. Michael has an outstanding local and national reputation for excellence in law-enforcement, private security and business. In beginning NESCTC, Michael networked resources internationally with law-enforcement professionals, (federal, state, and local) that he worked with over the years as a police officer. Under his leadership, NESCTC has received two U.S. Congressional Citations; several RI State Senate Citations; RI Gubernatorial citations and placement on the Rhode Island business Honor Roll for career achievements and business excellence. In June of 2000 the national magazine, “Inc.” did an article on Mr. Malloy and NESCTC. Mr. Malloy was voted RI Employer of the Year by the United States Small Business Association in the year 2000. Mr. Malloy is a licensed private investigator in RI, MA, and CT. Mr. Malloy is a former national security consultant to the U.S. Dept. of H.U.D. In this capacity Michael developed national award winning programs for high crime public housing authorities. Michael graduated summa cum laude from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI earning a full scholarship to the New England School of Law in Boston, MA. Michael has scholarly ranking and life time membership in the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. Mr. Malloy is a lifetime member of the Fraternal Order of Police. In past years Michael was an avid martial arts practitioner and RI Vice-President of the International Cops For Christ Organization. Mr. Malloy has taken NESCTC from a small RI business to an international operation, providing service throughout North America, the South Pacific and Caribbean. Mr. Malloy forged a strong business philosophy and culture at NESCTC, embracing a client-centric “Nike type” approach with a sincere measure of value innovation.

Keily D. Malloy
Executive Vice President, Finance

Keily D. Malloy started NESCTC Security Agency, LLC with her husband Michael J. Malloy. Keily is the Executive Vice-President, second in charge and chairs our board of directors. Keily is a native of the Dominican Republic . She received her degree from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo in 1996. Keily's background is in accounting which began in Santo Domingo , Dominican Republic working as a bookkeeper. Keily received extensive training and instruction while working with her father who served as the chief auditor of Reserva Bank in the Dominican Republic. Keily began as a payroll clerk in 1997—growing with the business and developing the current finance infrastructure in place today. In the early years Keily also worked on private investigations in various capacities to support company growth and profitability, while broadening her security experience. As our business grew, Keily recruited, hired and trained staff to handle day-to-day finance functions in various departments. In 2000, Keily was promoted to Executive Vice-President of with oversight responsibility for all finance and accounting operations and staff within NESCTC.

John H. Hersum, Esq., CPP
VP, Strategic Planning & Business Development / General Counsel

Mr. Hersum has over nine years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention and corporate global/security. Prior to joining NESCTC, Mr. Hersum managed global security for a Massachusetts-based, multinational corporation, which included design, development, implementation and oversight of global security for all subsidiaries in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom, and 70,000 employees traveling worldwide. Mr. Hersum is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), member of the U.S. Department of State Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS). Mr. Hersum is also a lawyer with ten+ years of legal experience in criminal and civil litigation, and transactional and corporate law where he has negotiated and drafted multi-million dollar agreements on behalf of both internal and external clients. Mr. Hersum is certified in project management and project leadership by CH2MHill and PCI Global, earned academic honors at both undergraduate and law school levels. Mr. Hersum also oversees operations, human resources, Marketing and legal functions for NESCTC.

Philip Nunez, CCNA
IT Director / Chief Information Officer

Mr. Nunez is a Cisco Certified Network Administrator and an expert in all aspects of Network Security. He graduated from New England Tech and earned his bachelor's degree at Roger Williams University specializing in Computer Information Systems. He's been working in the IT Network Security Industry well over 20 years and plays the lead role in providing information technology solutions for all company departments and functional areas. Before joining NESCTC, Mr. Nunez worked at a billion-dollar national transaction lottery company providing network support and IT security services worldwide. He is currently responsible for NESCTC's IT infrastructure / maintains all internal and external system networks and communications. Mr. Nunez has extensive experience with high end CISCO security systems, Central Software and managed networks for commercial customers. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer ( MCSE ).

Diogenes S. Capellan
Assistant Vice President, Finance

Diogenes is our Director of Finance and has been with NESCTC for 9 years. Diogenes began as a payroll clerk and worked his way through the ranks to his current position. Diogenes has served in the direct division and also as a service manager in our national division. Diogenes has his degree from the Community College of RI. Diogenes manages financials for over 800 subcontractors in addition to all of our Clients. This is one position at NESCTC where the work just keeps coming! Diogenes works tirelessly day in day out to ensure our Clients are billed and our Suppliers are paid. Diogenes has received numerous meritorious awards at NESCTC for dedication and work excellence. He is a valuable and loyal member of our command team.

Chirag R. Deshpande
Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

Chirag is a key member of the NESCTC command team having an abundance of business and financial expertise. Chirag is a direct advisor to the company President. Chirag holds a BA in Economics from the University of Delhi, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Prior to NESCTC, Chirag was a taxation and systems consultant with Gallonio & Company and General Manager of Malabar Grove Imports. Chirag was also the vice president and general manager of IIRI International, Inc one of the first apparel importers from India to the US .  In his GM roles he has been responsible for Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT and has additional experience with imports, warehousing and software development. Additionally, Chirag is a member of the Alumnae Association of the University of Michigan and has held membership in Toastmasters International. Chirag is a central player in the success of NESCTC now as an executive and formerly as a contracted financial expert. He has been involved in many aspects of the growth of the organization including marketing, software development and operations. Chirag is known to former colleagues and at NESCTC as an introspective thinker and trusted advisor.

Pat Gentile
Excecutive Assistant to the President

Patricia is the day to day operations person for the office of President. Patricia represents the logistical right arm of the President and is a valuable link to all NESCTC staff, clients, suppliers and associates. Patricia has been with NESCTC for over 3 years and is well schooled in all facets of our company. Patricia has been in the security industry for over 10 years. In prior capacities, Patricia served as a General Manager, executive secretary and line supervisor. Patricia is in essence the “tie that binds” NESCTC executives and divisions together. All company Majors report to Patricia.

Don Cummings
Director of National Operations / AVP

Don joins us after nearly 20 years in retail loss prevention. Don served in the U.S. Army from 1985-1988 as a Combat Medic with the 1 st Ranger Battalion. Don is a graduate of the Special Operations Medical Sergeants Course. Upon completion of his service, Don attended Worcester State College and received his Bachelors degree in history. While attending college, Don started as a store detective and has held positions all over New England as a District Loss Prevention Manager and Area Asset Protection Manager. Don has extensive experience in the development of shortage reduction initiatives, and the implementation of loss prevention training programs. Don spent time as a high school teacher in the city of Worcester and is actively involved in coaching youth hockey. Don is also actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's (JDRF) Ride to Cure program.

Don is a seasoned industry professional and a welcomed addition to the NESCTC team!

Lori Madonna
Director of School Resource Division

Major Madonna is the Director of our School Resource Division. Major Madonna has been with NESCTC for over 5-years now and is one of the main reasons for the success of our Crossing Guard Programs. Major Madonna was a former Cranston Crossing Guard prior to NESCTC having the account. Lori began with NESCTC as a line supervisor in the crossing guard division. She quickly demonstrated herself to be an exceptional administrator and manager. Lori's demand for quality and best practices rapidly accelerated her to a department head. Major Madonna is a hands on leader, trainer, and personnel developer. Lori oversees all crossing guard training. Lori is an excellent communicator, organizer, facilitator, and go to person. On a daily basis Lori is meeting with city officials, school principals, parents groups, while also being on the road inspecting each and every crossing guard tour. Lori has her degree from the Sawyer Business School where she graduated top of her class. Prior to working in Cranston Lori managed a family paving company. Lori is also a martial arts referee. NESCTC is proud to have Major Madonna on board. Major Madonna has the skill and flexibility to run every division in the company. Lori's passion is school safety and crossing guards!
