My vision for the future encompasses the entire security industry and is captured by the phrase 'Back To the Future.'

The Security Industry in the U.S. has a once proud history of being an elite group of individuals who were experts at their trade and earned the respect and admiration of people all across the country. For example, the name Pinkerton used to be synonymous with security excellence and professionalism. Unfortunately, over the past 100 years or so, security in the U.S. has become an industry ignored by most (until recent years), and looked down upon by many. The reasons for this are twofold: one, generations went by where the level of safety and security in the U.S. was so good that people became complacent, didn't see the need for security in most cases, and the security industry was seen as unglamorous and a place to work for those who couldn't find work elsewhere (which caused the level of professionalism to deteriorate dramatically, thus fulfilling people's lowest expectations); and two, the recent rush of mergers and acquisitions within the security industry has created security 'mega-firms' that no longer care about the individuals working on sites in the U.S. as service-provider executives are too far removed, and in some cases arrogantly neglect, to make the necessary commitment of resources to rebuild the professional standards of this once proud industry.

A core philosophy prioritizing God, Family, and Country mandates an uncompromising practice of honor, integrity, and excellence in all that we do! I have been privileged to work throughout the U.S. as a major crimes detective, national security consultant for the U.S. Department of H.U.D., and as President of a national security company. This experience has enabled NESCTC to exceed Client expectations with an innovative and creative approach to security services. Here at NESCTC, we are taking the initiative to rebuild our industry's reputation one step at a time. We are starting by building the finest team of security professionals with backgrounds in Law Enforcement, Corporate Security, IT Security, Loss Prevention and other private security areas to assist our Clients in meeting their business objectives in the most cost effective manner possible. We intend to demonstrate that it is possible, in this day and age, to find people that take pride in their work, are committed to excellence, and deliver exceptional service and results. On a national level, we have founded the National Security Cooperative and are developing this growing network of the best small and midsize, independent security firms into a powerful team who share our vision and goals for Clients and the industry. As we go forward, we will leverage the collective size and strength of our National Security Cooperative members to compete for, and win, national accounts by demonstrating that pride and excellence do exist, and can be tapped into through NESCTC to create wining security solutions that not only benefit NESCTC, but our Clients, Suppliers and the industry as a whole.
